Mehlville School District is requesting proposals for Baseball Field Improvements Upgrades at Mehlville High School. Current certificate of insurance naming the School District, and Dickinson Hussman Architects as additional insured shall be issued upon notice to proceed. 5% Bid bonds will be required with the bid along with Performance and Payment Bonds with the successful bidder. Insurance certificates shall include automobile, workers' compensation, and general liability coverage. The Owner may accept or reject any and all bids for any reason. The work consists of constructing new baseball fields including installation of new fencing, dugouts, grading, storm sewers and irrigation.
