Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Crisfield, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to perform the replacement of a walkway at the park store at Janes Island State Park. The proposed project shall include but is not limited to the following: a. Remove approximately 436 LF of gravel-Lok walkway. b. Install approximately 436 LF X 5 wide of concrete walkway. c. Removal and proper disposal of all debris off state property. d. Seed and mulch the disturbance area. Project Cost Classification A The following bonds are required if the Contract Amount, including Unit Prices, Allowances and Alternates as applicable, is in excess of $100,000.00 1) Bid Bond in the amount of 5% 2) Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% The deadline for questions has been established as 2/8/23 at 2:00 pm, to assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary. Please submit all questions to the Procurement Officer: James Alston - james.alston1@maryland.gov and Supervisor Christine Stenhouse - christine.stenhouse1@maryland.gov. The work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquated damages of $250.00 per calendar day as specified in the General Conditions.
