Site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Barrie, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 337-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The City is seeking bids from qualified general contracting entities to enter into the CCDC 2 - 2008 Stipulated Price Contract as the Contractor to undertake the construction of two (2) new bunker gear storage rooms at two (2) existing Barrie Fire Stations. 337*280 The City is undertaking the construction of an addition to Barrie Fire Station 3 and Barrie Fire Station 4 to accommodate the storage of bunker gear equipment for fire operations. The construction of the new bunker gear storage rooms has been separated into the following two (2) projects: Project A - Barrie Fire Station 3 located at 340 Big Bay Point Road, Barrie, ON Project B - Barrie Fire Station 4 located at 250 Ardagh Road, Barrie, ON Project A will consist of the construction of an addition to Barrie Fire Station 3 and Project B will consist of the construction of an addition to Barrie Fire Station 4. Both additions will be rooms for the storage of bunker gear equipment as further described within the ITT Particulars and attachments. The projects may be phased as Project A or Project B or completed simultaneously.
