Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The restrooms are located at the Senior ballfield at Show Low City Park, the Ponderosa ball field at Show Low City Park and in the City Gym, 760 E McNeil. Each restroom has separate mens and womens facilities. The improvements include new stainless-steel plumbing fixtures, partitions, wall board, paint, re-finishing concrete floors, lighting, doors, windows, paper and soap product dispensers, and other necessary appurtenances. The contractors scope also includes the connections to existing power, water and sewer services. In-slab plumbing will need to be reconfigured in some areas. Schematic plans are provided in the bid packet for each facility. These plans were prepared for the purpose of illustrating general layout, materials, and dimensions and they are available with the Bid Documents on the City website showlowaz.gov. The successful bidder will be responsible to prepare permittable plans for the construction. This project is funded in part with a Community Development Block Grant, Department of Housing Section 3 Regulations will be required. Detailed information is included in the Bid Documents. The proposals will be evaluated based on cost, value, and adherence to the preliminary drawing. A schedule of values will also be required as a part of the contractors proposal. The contactor shall complete usable and operable facilities in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner. The City will negotiate with the selected contractor regarding the project start date to help accommodate the contractors schedule.
