Renovation of a power facility in Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The City of Lafayette, Indiana by and through its Board of Public Works & Safety (BOARD) is soliciting responses to a REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) for the implementation of a Guaranteed Savings Contract for Publicly Owned Treatment Works projects. The Owners objective in issuing the RFQ is to provide a means by which to select a single Guaranteed Savings Contract Provider to perform improvements to its publicly owned treatment works limited to the installation of a solar array at the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The responses to the RFQ will provide a means by which the BOARD will select a single Provider to complete the Contract. The contract shall follow IC 36-1-12.5 and the RFQ guidelines. Any responses received after that time will not be accepted. Four paper (4) copies of the response to this request must be submitted along with an electronic PDF copy. RFQ responses must be submitted in the format outlined in the RFQ guidelines. Each RFQ response will be reviewed to determine if it is complete prior to actual evaluation. The BOARD will select one or more potential Providers after review of the RFQ responses to submit a detailed price proposal. Site visits may be conducted by notified potential Providers, prior to submitting detailed price proposal. A single Provider will be selected by the Board after review of the detailed price proposal. The BOARD reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ responses and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the RFQ responses offered.
