Raritan township municipal utilities authority contract 22-3 main treatment plant septage receiving tank cleaning flemington, new jersey - advertisement the project generally consists of removal and disposal of solids from and cleaning the interior of a 32 foot diameter septage receiving tank at the main treatment plant. all work will be included under a single contract.
