MLGW is accepting bids for Thirty-six (36) month contract for Water Meters in accordance with MLGW specification. Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division (MLGW) of the City of Memphis, Tennessee as a government agency must operate under certain legal requirements. To fulfill those requirements, MLGW ask that you submit a bid (RFQ) (or proposal) in accordance with the attached When completing the attached bid (RFQ) document and forms, bid (RFQ) bidders are to ensure all blanks are filled with (a) specific terms or responses, (b) a straight line to indicate nothing goes in the blank, or (c) N/A (Not Applicable). Failure to address every blank or question with either the specific terms or response, a strike through (straight line), or N/A(not applicable) may render the bid (RFQ) or proposal nonresponsive and ineligible for further consideration. Please ensure each of the items listed below are signed and returned with the bid (RFQ): 1. Declaration Statement; 2. Signature Section of the bid (RFQ) document; and 3. Document Inclusion Checklist and Sign-Off Sheet. Failure to sign and return the items listed above and any other document contained herein or listed as required for purposes of this bid (RFQ) will deem your bid (RFQ) incomplete and it will not be further considered for evaluation or award.
