The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment bond in the amount of 100% of the bid. The diverter box and two distribution boxes south of the dwelling must be properly removed. The property owner has requested that the brick landscape structure above the septic tank and brick sidewalk between the septic tank and diverter box be preserved. The property owner is responsible for the required sanitary sewer connection permits through the City of Findlay Engineers and for the septic system abandonment permit through Hancock Public Health. Sanitary sewer connection work cannot begin until the property owner obtains the required permits."
