This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County ("Norfolk County") to prospective proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of consultant services to complete a comprehensive County-wide parking study with a primary focus on Long Point, Port Dover, Turkey Point, Port Rowan, Delhi, Simcoe and Waterford and a secondary focus on other smaller urban centres and rural areas, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the "Deliverables").
