The City of Frisco is soliciting Best Value Bids for an annual contract for Water Tank Inspection, Cleaning, and Repair Services. Questions Due Date: Sep 29th 2022, 4:00 PM CDT Questions are to be sent to purchasing@friscotexas.gov BID SECURITY/BOND REQUIREMENTS: If required, bid security shall be submitted in the same manner as your bid. Any electronic submittals will require the vendor to provide the original hard copy within three (3) business days of the notification of intent to award. Any bid submitted without bid bond or cashiers/certified check, where required, shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Performance and/or payment bonds, when required, shall be submitted to the City, prior to commencement of any work pursuant to the agreement provisions. The initial term of this agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing November 1, 2022. The City shall have the right and option to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) optional one (1) year renewal terms. Contracts are extended upon mutual agreement of both Vendor and the City. The parties further agree that the City may cancel and terminate the contract upon a thirty (30) day written notice to the vendor.
