St. Louis County is seeking a Contractor to furnish all labor, material and equipment to perform services and work required for the demolition, excavation, filling, removal, cleanup, and site stabilization of the listed Project Site. All work shall be performed by skilled workers in demolition and excavation of all types of structures and shall be subject to approval by the St. Louis County Land and Minerals Department or duly qualified representative. The Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Federal, State or Local laws, regulations or ordinances. It is understood that Contractor will apply for and obtain all necessary permits and approvals prior to any work. If violations occur and fines and fees are levied, then Contractor shall pay all related project costs, fines and fees related to project scope of work.
