Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
PREQUALIFIED firms only. The TPCH will be located on the 2nd level of the East York Town Centre and utilizes approximately 67,000 sq ft of space. The General Contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of construction at the site located at 45 Overlea Boulevard, East York Town Centre, Unit 200, Toronto, ON, from contract award until project completion. The space will be designed to provide accessible, efficient space which supports best practice for IPAC and OH&S. It will create a workflow that supports partner collaboration and promotes easy access to services. It will provide an appealing design with durable spaces that minimize maintenance. The construction budget is estimated between $15,000,000 to $20,000,000 including escalation, cash allowances, design scope contingency but excludes all applicable taxes. Budget or cost information released to the Proponents is considered Confidential and is to be treated as such under the terms of this RFPQ and any resulting contract.
