Site work for a mixed-use development in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
This project is to install fifteen upper grade level outdoor classrooms. This work shall include weed block, border, gravel and installation of District provided outdoor furniture. Bidders shall note that compliance with County of Durham MBE policies and the North Carolina Statue are required for this projec. Bidders shall note that the submission of a bid constitutes the bidders certification to the State Treasurer that, as of the date of bid, it is not listed on the Final divestment list created and maintained by the north carolina department of Stte Treasurer pursuant to the Iran Divestment act of 2015 chapter 147-article 6E of the General Statutes of North carolina. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Durham Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities.
