Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Spooner, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
A pre-bid meeting will not be held. This Contract consists of the construction of an all-new 4,000 square foot vehicle storage building located at the County Highway Facility, 1600 County Highway H, Spooner, WI 54801. The project will consist of building and site construction as described in the bidding documents. Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. Washburn County reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three (3) lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Washburn County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract deemed most advantageous to the County.
