Renovation of a water / sewer project in Princeton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County (OWNER) will receive bids for the construction of SANITARY SEWER LIFT STATION for La Terra ~ Infrastructure. Any proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The project includes sanitary sewer lift station in accordance with the plans and specifications for La Terra ~ Infrastructure. The Owner, Qualico Developments (U.S.), Inc., a Delaware corporation, on behalf of Uptown Municipal Utility District No.1 of Collin County will be the Payor for the contract for Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgement will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. project no 21-5195
