The scope of work consists of asphalt concrete pavement repairs performed at Kahului Airport on an as needed basis To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor A or Specialty Contractor C-3 or C-3a , license at the time of bidding. Compliance with Act 192, SLH 2011 is a requirement for this project whereby a minimum of 80% of the bidder's work force on this project must consist of Hawaii residents.
