Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Engineer's Office by appointment only by contacting the project engineer, Stephen Kopechek (skopechek@v3co.com), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described. Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record, Bidding Documents must be purchased from the Issuing Office by contacting Tamara Segieth by phone at 614- 288-3053 or email at tsegieth@v3co.com. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's Date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations: Village of Granville: 141 East Broadway, Granville, Ohio 43023 V3 Companies, Ltd.: 3500 Snouffer Road, Suite 225, Columbus, OH 43235 Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The bid form and all line items on the bid form must be completed in full. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. The Village of Granville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Granville.
