Supplemental Construction Program Management Scope-of-Work includes a Design-Build form of 'turn-key' delivery Deconstruction and Demolition of existing improvements and includes New Construction where the envelope and interior spaces of adjacent existing buildings are affected by the Deconstruction and Demolition. Scope-of-Work includes preparation of a Deconstruction and Demolition Plan by licensed design professionals representing Civil Engineering, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Communication Infrastructure and Environmental design disciplines, prepared for the purpose of permits issued by Authorities Having Jurisdiction, and for guiding the safe and efficient execution of the Deconstruction and Demolition Work. The Scope-of-Work includes the abatement of hazardous materials. The Scope-of-Work includes the mapping of existing underground utilities to enable differentiation between those utilities intended for demolition, those utilities for which re-routing will be required to maintain services to surrounding buildings, and those utilities which should remain undisturbed by the deconstruction and demolition activity.
