BACKGROUND The City of Frisco is receiving bids to establish an annual fixed price contract for Stage, Sound, and Lighting for Merry Main Street. The City will have the right and option to extend the initial one-year term of the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon the same terms and conditions. The City is seeking bids for stages, sound, and lighting at our annual winter holiday event, Merry Main Street. The event features Frisco elementary school choirs of 50-100+ each performing on three stages, an opening ceremony, and a tree lighting ceremony. Bids should include all costs (no fees may be charged that are not submitted): 1. Labor 2. Fees, Surcharges, Fuel charges, and any additional charge 3. Delivery/Freight 4. Miscellaneous equipment, elements 5. On-site technician for each of the (3) stages 6. All cables, cable ramp, cable covers, and power requirements 7. Stage skirting, handrails, safety equipment 8. All quantities are subject to change. Additional equipment may be requested later. Quote must be valid for the event date quoted and include cancellation policies.
