The Chicago Housing Authority is seeking to obtain the services of a qualified, trained, and certified Contractor, having experience and qualifications in preventative maintenance and repair of commercial heating and air conditioning systems including furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, incidentals and the performing of all operations necessary as described in the scope for a three year base term. The Selected Respondent must be available for same day service and/or respond to emergency service requests immediately upon receipt or within 24 hours.
