Bid package 1 Scope includes: Material Handling, Temporary Protection, Layout, Temporary Facilities, Cleaning During Construction, Final Cleaning, Security Badging, Water Intrusion Testing, Demolition of existing ceilings, Demolition of Electrical Equipment, Wiring and Conduit (Conduit In Walls To Remain), Demolition of HVAC (Demolition of Equipment by Mechanical Contractor), Existing Floor Removal. Existing As Built Drawings, Narratives and Cut Sheets For Equipment Are To Be Used As Basis Of Design For Replacement And Compliance With Building Code Requirements.
