Renovation of a detention facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
All questions, including any follow up questions, must be received by February 1, 2023. All inquiries to proposals will be posted on the Sumner County website at www.sumnercountytn.gov under Request for Proposal (RFP) a minimum of 5 days before the proposal deadline. Prepare concrete floors for Sumner County Jail kitchen area. Resinous flooring at approximately 1510 SF. Contractor responsible for measurements; site visit required to determine exact area for scope of work. Contractor to match existing resinous flooring. Remove quarry tile and prep concrete for new floor surface. Patch and repair major imperfections. Apply of protective industrial polymers ucrp with full broadcast, apply high performance topcoat, apply 6 integral cove base color gray. For scheduling site visit, contact Captain Doug Canter at Sumner County Jail, (615) 4421845. Contractor will be required to complete background check prior to starting work on the project.
