Sealed bids are requested for the Paving of Bussendorfer Road. Furnish equipment and labor to pave 1-1/2 to 2 of roadway surface on Bussendorfer Road starting at the intersection of Abbott Road for a distance of approx. 3100 +/- with a typical width of 23 +/-, or as directed by Town Engineer. Pavement shall be a minimum of 1-1/2 Type 7F Top course of hot mix asphalt as specified in these documents. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents. Each bid must also be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check, Bid Bond, or Bank Check in the amount of 10% the Bid Price. This Department reserves the right to reject any/all bids and waive any informalities.
