Renovation of an educational facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A Proposal Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal amount is required. The scope of work includes Demolition of existing chillers, cooling towers, pumps and piping within the central plant and cooling tower service yard. HVAC system replacement to include new air-cooled chillers, pumps and associated piping, the relocation of existing walk-in cooler/freezer condensing unit, HVAC DDC controls system to be updated for new equipment and all existing air handlers, VAV boxes, and split systems, provide and install UV lights in all air handlers. GPISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, the right to negotiate with any proposers after submission of proposals, and at its discretion, may waive any formalities or minor irregularities regarding the proposals.
