Site work for a water / sewer project in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is located on the east side of Bennett Rd and north of Colonial Drive (State Road 50). The project consists of abandoning and replacing the existing 8" drainwell on Lake Gear which includes installing a new piped connection to Lake Gear. The existing drainwell is located on the west side of Lake Gear behind the On Baldwin Pond Apartments and the new drainwell is located on the northwest side of the lake just south of the Cady Way Trail. The only drainage outfall for this lake is via this drainwell. It will be the contractor`s responsibility to maintain emergency pumping to prevent the lake from flooding for the duration of construction. Question End Date 10/7/2022 5:00 PM
