Renovation of a residential development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The deadline to ask questions is 10/03/2022 12:00 PM CDT Bidders can ask questions portal. For furnishing all labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of: Spring Brook Village - Section 6 Entry and Reserves. The project is located in the City of Houston, Harris County. The site may be reached by taking Interstate 10 west and exit Gessner Road. Proceed north on Gessner Road approximately 1 mile to Kemp Forest Drive. Turn right onto Spring Brook Village Drive. Section 6 will be along Windfern Rd between Clay Rd and Spring Brook Village Drive, across from the Amenity Center. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bonds payable to Meritage Homes. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are opened. This project is not Tax Exempt. A Performance and Payment bond is required for 100% of the total bid amount
