The contract is for a period of three (3) years with the possibility of renewal for two (2) years. The tenderer must take into account in his tender to provide all materials, products, labour, tools, transport and any special installation to complete all the work required, requested and described in this estimate. These services must be performed before the start of classes, which is 8:00 a.m. in the morning. These requirements apply to all days of the week (7 days).
