The City of Los Angeles, Board of Public Works, Office of Petroleum and Natural Gas Administration and Safety (OPNGAS) is seeking consultant services for the planning, design, and construction support services for the abandonment of oil pipelines. 4" steel Runs west along Pico Boulevard from one vault to a second vault where the tie into the Hillcrest Beverly Hills pipeline is located. 40 ft. 6" steel Runs south under Olympic Boulevard for Beverly Hills West Field to Whittier Pipeline Co. valve vault containing a receiver where the 6" portion ends. 3,065 ft. 2 Vaults The first vault is located on Pico Boulevard just west of the intersection of Century Park East and Pico Boulevard. The second vault contains the tie into the Hillcrest Beverly Hills pipeline. 632 cu ft. * Any subconsultants that have been added to the contract and not originally a part of Schedule A must be registered with RAMP. ** This TOS is only applicable to the firms on the Pre-Qualified On-Call Wastewater and Environmental Engineering Services Consultants List. The term of engagement is two months from the issuance date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This work is to be conducted as a lump sum project. It is estimated that the cost ceiling for this TOS is approximately $150,000 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
