sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Warren, New Jersey, for the Warren County Department of Public Works for the Cladding of the Barn at Bread Lock Park, #WC-2251. The approximate major work items include: 1. Removal of existing wood cladding, replacement with new wood cladding 2. Staining of new wood cladding 3. Addition of new hardware on existing door system, addition of guard rail at two existing openings. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Warren County Treasurer's Office, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. We strongly recommend that the contractors attend the pre-bid meeting which will be conducted September 26, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. at the job site located 1024 State Route 57 Washington, NJ 07882. Only three (3) representatives will be allowed to represent the bidder at this pre-bid meeting. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids.
