A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction management services for a partial interior renovation and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at Alfred State College. The Pioneer Center will become a student center and renovations includes handicap accessible toilet rooms, an elevator, and creation of a food service and dining area. The existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be replaced, and a building wide fire protection sprinkler system will be installed.
