Renovation of a municipal facility in Beckley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Tamarack Restroom Renovation This project is located along the West Virginia Turnpike at I-77 at the Tamarack. It consists of the completion of a full renovation of the existing men's and women's restrooms. All work under this contract shall be completed by January 31st, 2023. No bids will be received after the scheduled opening. Prospective bidders must be prequalified in accordance with SECTION 102.1 of the WVDOH Standard Specifications. The project engineer of record's contact information is the following: bbosley@HNTB.com, (304) 760-1825. and must be accompanied by a CASHIER'S or CERTIFIED CHECK or BID BOND in favor of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, FOR AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPOSAL OR $2,000 WHICHEVER IS THE GREATER, and must be delivered to the office of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, Administration Building, 3310 Piedmont Road, Charleston, West Virginia 25306 on or before the day and hour named The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted, and to waive any or all formalities in bidding, as it may deem in its best interest. The Authority strongly encourages Minority Owned and Women Owned businesses to submit proposals for this contract. The WVPA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
