SCOPE OF WORK On an individual project or on call Agreement basis, services will include but are not limited to the following: 1. Comprehensive Site Conditions Assessment of Existing Access Control Systems, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems, Badging Systems and related IT Infrastructure. 2. Architectural/Engineering services related to analysis, upgrading and integrating airport systems including security badging, access controls, CCTV, biometrics and IT infrastructure for state of the art airport perimeter and building security including but not limited to the following: a. Replacement of the existing disparate systems into a single solution providing full coverage of the airports in addition to connectivity between FAT and FCH. b. Replacement of existing analog cameras with high definition power over ethernet and upgrade digital cameras. c. Add new cameras to areas not covered and ensure sustainable video coverage across the airport terminal. d. Evaluate video analytics to aid towards passenger safety. e. Integrate a new video management system with the access control system to provide real-time capability for viewing footage, retrieval of footage and storage capability. f. Badge reporting capabilities to include audit and badge status. g. Centralized identity database of badged personnel. h. Automated provisioning and de-provisioning and integrated workflow capabilities. i. Automated and integrated training capability. j. Biometric capability and wireless badge validation. k. Non-disclosure and tracking of staff with access to system design and installation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
