The Rutherford County Board of Education intends, by this bid, to purchase "Walkway Canopy Covers" for any school in our system. Bidders that have technical questions should contact Tony Faulk, Project Manager, phone number is 615-893-5812 ext. 22818 or cell number is 615-456-4971. Performance Bonds will be required for any work over $100,000.00 in the amount of 100% for the bond. Any canopy spanning beyond 12' for .025 pans or 14' for .032 will require beams for support. This cost will be addressed at the time of need. 2. Freestanding Walkways/Canopies shall have half the post set in concrete for strength. 3. All Attached covers shall be flashed at the wall. 4. Bidders are responsible for all field measurements and hardware locations. Bid is to include all parts, delivery, installation, and clean-up of debris. Rutherford County Schools dumpsters cannot be used for vendors trash. The bid awarded shall run for a period of twelve months with four options to renew annually for an additional twelve-month period under the same terms and conditions upon mutual agreement by both parties. However, in no event shall the contract term exceed a total of sixty (60) months
