The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to renovate restrooms in the Nebraskan Student Union on the University of Nebraska at Kearney Campus. The first floor restroom renovation and replacement of the under slab sewer main beneath the restroom will be base bid and includes a shift from 2 large restrooms to several individual restrooms. The second floor restroom will be a bid alternate and includes a full renovation and rework of the restrooms to better accommodate space and add a single stall restroom and mothers room to the second floor. In order to be given consideration, any questions or requests for bid interpretation must be received by the University of Nebraska Procurement Services office no later than this date/time.
