New flooring, new ceiling tiles, wall repair (this is limited to a few screw holes and minor scratches) and wall repainting, new counters, new cabinets, new corner sink with a Lazy Susan beneath it. Installation of new GBT provided refrigerator, dishwasher, and 2 microwaves. Appliance dimensions provided below for proper cabinetry buildout Winning bidder will be responsible for any demolition required, such as the removal of the existing floor, ceiling tiles or cabinetry, however a dumpster will be provided. GBT will purchase and have delivered to our parts room in the maintenance building the 4 appliances; 1 fridge, 1 dishwasher, and 2 microwaves. Attached is a sample of the cabinetry we expect to utilize for this project, cabinetry shall be provided by winning contractor and the price of the cabinetry should be included in your quote. Actual product may change and the variance will result in a project cost adjustment. For the buildout, please use the following dimensions for your quote. While we don't expect any significant changes, modifications resulting in a cost differential will be addressed. Fridge - 36" W x 36" D x 6' H Microwaves (2) - 24" W x 20" D x 18" H Dishwasher - 24" W x 35" H x 26" D 100% Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring (use $5 sq ft for material bidding purposes) - Vendor to provide product and install. Laminate Countertops (approximately 28 sq ft in appliance corner & 13 sq ft for countertop) Including a backsplash in the appliance area, no backsplash on counter - Material cost - use $1700 for bidding purposes. Sink - Stainless steel single bowl polished cutout with finished edge include undermount installation. Some plumbing will most likely be required to move sink to corner and to make allowances for the dishwasher. Ceiling Tiles - Material Provided by GBT, install by selected vendor.
