Properly Plug & Restore Abandoned Gas Well Sites - Finger Lakes and Central NY Region Pre-Bid Site Visit: None Scheduled Estimated Cost: $5,000,000 - $6,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. In most cases, drawings and specifications for the designated type of abandoned gas well system will be provided to the Contractor when the Work Order is issued. The Work may include any of the following items or other related work as indicated on the drawings and specifications or as directed. 1. Perform Site Inspection to determine site level of effort. 2. Provide OGS with Site inspection form and modified cost estimate. 3. Clear an access road, well pad, and perform utility locating services. 4. Mobilize all drill rig and support equipment to the well site. 5. Perform well preparation activities. 6. Perform well conditioning activities. 7. Perform wireline services activities. 8. Plug well. 9. Remove all equipment and debris and restore the site. 10. Submit Well Closure Report Provide, where and when directed during the term of the Contract, the designated type of Abandoned Gas Well and related Work in the following counties: Western Region: Cattaraugus, Erie and Wyoming
