Renovation of a mixed-use development in Vinton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Vinton Shellsburg Community School District intends to retain the services of a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the above project to enter a guaranteed maximum price contract. The initial request from the school district will only be qualification based to determine the firms that will be offered the opportunity to submit their proposed fees for the project. In accordance with Iowa state law, the school district will select the firms proposal submission that offers the best value based on the criteria listed below and the school districts ranking of each firm as it relates to the selection criteria. 1.
