Tan lot and Alley Improvements The Tan Lot is a 113 space employee parking lot adjacent to the State Services Building in Denver, CO. Lot boundaries are E. Colfax Ave. to the South, Lincoln St. to the West, the State Services Building to the East, and The Spectrum Building (1580 Lincoln St.) to the North. Entrances are gate controlled from both Lincoln St. and the alleyway connecting E. 16th Ave and E. Colfax Ave. Fleet vehicles are currently parked in 14 spaces in the alleyway adjacent to the Tan Lot. The intent of this project is to reconfigure the alley parking for future ADA & EV parking while absorbing 4 alley spots into the Tan Lot. Scope of services include but are not limited to: 1. Demolition of pavement and curb/gutter 2. Relocation existing signage and light pole 3. New concrete flatwork, asphalt pavement, curb/gutter, striping, and parking accessories. 4.
