Install New Walk in Freezer & New Walk in Cooler Units: Deliver and build new WALK IN FREEZER & WALK IN COOLER units. Mount and secure evaporators and condensing unit. Run line sets and insulate up to 50'.Sealing all penetrations (except those made by other trades). Run drain lines. Perform factory start-up upon completion of installation. Crane/crane fee. Permitting & Inspections. Electrical Disconnect, Reconnect and Upgrade Panel or Breaker boxes, Ensure all current electrical is disconnected from refrigeration units for removal. Ensure that all new refrigeration units are supported with current electrical grid to support new refrigeration system. Re-Connection to building alarm system. Floor prep: Once units are removed, ensure floor is appropriate level per specs of new units and any needed concrete modifications are completed.
