Demolition, site work and remodeling of an educational facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,820-square-foot educational facility; for the remodel of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Demolition and remodel of the existing 1820 SF classroom space. All existing seating, along with (2) storage rooms shall be removed. The classroom will be modified from a 4-tier to a 2-tier classroom with ADA access. Remodel to consist of new flooring, walls, ceiling finishes and fixtures. New storefront system and new egress door to exterior. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 10-17-2022.
