Scope: It is the intent of the City of Columbus, Division of Sewerage and Drainage to solicit formal bids for a Universal Term Contract for the purchase of Penn Valley Pumps and Pump Parts for use by the Jackson Pike Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contract will be in effect to and including December 31, 2024. 1.2 Classification: This bid proposal and the resulting contract will provide for the purchase of 6" Penn Valley Simplex Double Disc Bare Shaft Pump, 4" Penn Valley Simplex Double Disc Bare Shaft Pump and various replacement parts for both pumps as identified, on an as needed basis. Installation requirements will be handled by Sewerage and Drainage Plant personnel. No substitutes will be accepted. Potential bidders will be required to show experience in providing this type of material.
