The City of Flagstaff (Owner) seeks a qualified civil engineering or hydrogeology consulting firm (Firm) to respond to this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSOQ) for groundwater well development and construction oversight at the Cinder Lake Landfill (CLL). This project is anticipated to result in a new water supply well to serve non-potable needs at the CLL. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Draft Scope of Services. Interested Firms are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications (Proposal or SOQ) for performing this work. The Contract for Professional Services (Contract) shall be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option for the Owner to extend the term an additional two (2) years, renewable on an annual basis. All qualified Firms interested in providing the required services are invited to submit their Proposal to this RSOQ. All Proposals must comply with the requirements specified in this RSOQ. The selected Firm will be expected to enter into a base Contract that will be awarded at the Owners discretion. Contracted services and associated fees will be negotiated after a qualified Firm is selected.
