The Port of Tacoma (Port) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified teams interested in providing professional environmental support services to support the Environmental and Engineering Departments on an on-call/as needed basis. The Port requires environmental support services for a wide variety of projects that include property purchase and sale, industrial / commercial development and other environmental related activities throughout the North and South Harbors. Estimated Cost Range: $50,000 - $300,000 The Port anticipates awarding multiple professional service agreements for providing environmental support services on an on call / as needed basis. The selection will be based on the most qualified team(s) that includes all key members whether from the prime consultant firm or subconsultants for all necessary project services and enter into negotiations with the intent to issue professional service contract (s) based upon the information provided herein. Following successful negotiation of rates and fees, the Port will execute the contract (s) for three years (3 year initial term and with two (2) separate one (1) year renewal options at the sole discretion of the Port). The Port will execute the contract(s) for the initial amounts between $50,000 and $300,000 each, depending on current anticipated usage. Additional funds may be added to meet the Port's projected service needs during the term of the contract(s). The NWSA/Port reserves the right to accept or reject any or all information in its entirety or in part and to waive informalities and minor irregularities and to contract as the best interest of the NWSA/Port may require. The NWSA/Port reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals submitted as non-responsive or non-responsible.
