This request is for a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure snow removal services at Denver International Airport (DEN) for public and private parking lots. DEN is initiating this competitive procurement to determine the viability of converting DENaEUR(TM)s current parking lot snow removal process (using DEN employees) to a contract driven process. There is currently no budget proposed for the work; this RFP will potentially support a change to budget status for future parking lot contracted services. Currently, the Airport Maintenance Division (Maintenance) does not have the number of full-time employee (FTE) manpower required to perform snow removal operations in the parking lots. DSBO has assigned this opportunity a MWBE Goal of 17%. $14,000,000 to $16,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
