Award Date: Probably in December board meeting We are seeking renovation/maintenance on two projects: Football Stadium Artificial Turf replacement Pirate Pavilion Artificial Turf replacement Prospective respondents are prohibited from contacting any Board member, Superintendent, Athletics departments member, principal, department head, director, manager, or other District employee who has influence in the evaluation or selection process. Please organize your response to this response in the following manner: Cover Sheet Experience of the proposed Design-Build team Past Performance of the Design-Build team and Design-Build Methodology Proposed Personnel and Management Team Reputation as a Design-Build Firm Financial Strength and Capacity Uniqueness Safety Program Required Forms Contractor will: 1. Remove existing synthetic turf; dispose ofmaterials offsite. 2. Provide and install approximately 26,352 SF -shock attenuation pad at all areas to receive synthetic turf. 3. Provide and install approximately 26,352 SF - second tier synthetic turf with the noted installation options listed below: Partial 5-yard lines permanently installed in white turf Partial side lines permanently installed in white turf Partial numbers permanently installed in white turf Partial short yard extensions permanently installed in white turf Partial hash marks permanently installed in white turf Partial field border permanently installed in white turf Proprietary infield installation of selected aggregate and rubber Owner care and maintenance orientation 8-year manufacturer warranty Exclusions(but not limited to): 1. Allowances or Contingencies. 2. Demolition other than listed above. 3. Grading work. 4. Turf nailer board attachment. 5. Turf logo/lettering. 6. Turf grooming/maintenance equipment. 7. Shock attenuation pads other than listed above. 8. Taxes. 9. Prevailing/union wages. 10. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any of the Contract documents, under no circumstances shall the Performance bonds, maintenance bonds or the obligations of the Surety be liable for any warranty obligations that exceed one year from the date of substantial completion as defined in the Contract documents. 11. Owner/CM shall provide ingress/egress for ALL personnel, equipment and materials; typical construction traffic shall be expected for the duration of this contract. Contractor NOT responsible for damage due to typical construction traffic ingress/egress to the construction site
