Lee County Government Gymnastics Building Renovation Lee County is requesting an informal bid for the Renovation of the Gymnastics Building located at 2101 Nash St., Sanford, NC 27330 The project will consist of: Renovation of the Building Interior Renovation of the Building grounds Exterior Proposals must include: Installation of approx. 260 LF of metal stud wall 8' tall (16" OC stud spacing) Installation of approx. 30LF of metal stud wall 8' tall (16" OC stud spacing) w/h 3/0 door and no ceiling for a storage location (8' x 16'). Installation of 5/8" drywall on all framed in areas. Drywall to be finished and painted with two coats of paint. Remove & replace VCT flooring in four areas (2-Bathrooms,2-office areas) Remove & replace all existing fixtures in two bathrooms Installation of approx. 320 LF of rubber cove base Exterior work to include removing guard rail, grading, hauling, rock, asphalt, concrete, approx. 30 LF of powder coated hand railing, and installation of 3 bollards on concrete parking area. Installation of approx. 27'x 30' concrete pad Installation of approx. 5'x 25' concrete sidewalk Installation of asphalt area to connect existing parking lot to concrete parking. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all local, state, and federal permits required. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, any part of a bid, or to waive informalities and technicalities in the bidding procedure. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of opening.
