Paving for Vukovich Way and Scout Hut Parking Lot The work is generally described as follows: two tenths mill and fill on Vukovich Way, and City Parking lot around the Scout Hut, along with miscellaneous striping improvements. Bids are required for the entire project as set forth in the specifications, and all work shall be completed within 15 work days. At the time the contract is awarded, the Contractor shall possess a Class A license. Inquiries or questions regarding the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening directed to the City Engineers Office at Jackson City Hall in writing to m.garcia@wgainc.net. This contract is subject to state contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to Government Code, Section 12990 and payment to the Contractor shall be in accordance with Section 9-1.16, "Progress Payments" of the State Standard Specifications and the project specifications. The successful bidder shall furnish a fully executed payment bond and performance bond. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and further reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids.
