Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials/products and performing all project coordination necessary to improve stormwater drainage and watermain improvements in the Historic Village Area of St. Simons Island, specifically on Butler Avenue and Georgia Street. The stormwater drainage improvement construction includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and driveway improvements, installation of new drainage piping, structures, and junctions. The watermain improvement construction includes, but is not limited to, abandonment of existing watermain of various sizes and the installation of new watermain and valves of various sizes. The watermain improvements will be in accordance to JWSC standards. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5 p.m., EST Monday, Octoberr 3 rd, 2022.
