A contract will not be awarded as the bid was over budget. Installation of New Gutters and Downspouts for Brookline Municipal Courthouse Remove dispose of existing gutters and downspouts approximately 380 linear feet o Pull two courses of slate tile roofing above the copper gutters on the building o Furnish and install approximately 380 linear feet of 5" half round copper gutters with o 20 oz. fabricated copper gutters, gutter hangers, and related hardware o Remove and replace the downspouts with 16 oz. fabricated copper downspouts o Re-install slate tiles above gutter This contract has a Liquidated Damages provision requiring the contractor to be assessed one thousand dollars ($1000.00) per day for failure to substantially complete the contract work by the designated date of completion.
