Qualified contractors will need to submitCORI forms for all employees on site priorto the start of any work. Prevailing wage rates will apply. Qualified contractors will need to submit a total lump sum cost for the following: *75 sprinkler heads: Hunter I-20 Rotor Head *15 solenoid valves: Rainbird 1 Valve (system will consist of 15 zones) *Wireless Rain Sensor:Existing controller will be used to operate the irrigation system. The existing pipe sleeve underneath the parking lot will be sued to get water/electric supply from the building to the field. The Location of the Work to be done is described in the project description. The Contractor will furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item will not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but will include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. The Town of Chelmsford acting through its Town Manager, the awarding authority, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid if it would be in the best interest of the Town.The Owner also reserves theright to reject the bid of any bidder that the Owner considers to be unqualified based on the criteria set forth herein.
